I agree with you that photographs help us to save ever lasting memory of precious moment of our life because time passed but memories remains left in our hand in the form of pictures.

Yes i agree with rikoti that it indicate weight of the element in carat.

I can't find where the KT is though ..      .-.

Usually the stamp inside the rin should be 14k, 18k. 0.40ct means the total weight of the diamonds the ring has.
So your ring has X amount of diamonds which weighs 0.40carat. It is close to half a carat.

I have a gold ring with diamonds on it , and on the inside it reads " 0.40 CT ". I do not know what 0.40 CT is . Anybody want to tell me If it is real or what so ever it is. ?
